Former New Zealand Politician Opens Wealth Management Boutique

Former New Zealand Opposition Leader Don Brash, who is also a former NZ Reserve Bank Governor, has joined with two other prominent public figures to form a new boutique funds management business in Auckland. Brash has joined with businessman Peter Huljich and politician, and aspiring Auckland mayor, John Banks, to form Huljich Wealth Management. While part of the company's operation will be to manage the Huljich family's extensive investment portfolio, it will also offer three KiwiSaver funds to investors. Brash is non-executive chairman with Huljich as managing director and Banks as an executive director.
