Two former JP Morgan private client advisors, Shane Moore and David Rust, have set up Quartz Financial, an investment planning and wealth management firm based in Austin, Texas, that will operate as an independent branch office of US brokerage Linsco/Private Ledger. Quartz Financial provides comprehensive wealth management services to business owners, executives, professionals, physicians, retirees, and other affluent clients. With headquarters in San Diego, Boston, and Charlotte, LPL has over 1,500 staff assisting independent offices and financial advisors with back-office support, including technology, research, operations, and compliance.
