FNZ Rolls Out Generative AI Solution

The firm recently inked a strategic partnership with Microsoft.
FNZ, a wealth
management platform, has launched a generative AI solution
– FNZ Advisor AI.
The offering is designed to help financial advisors enhance
productivity, deliver more personalised advice and serve more
clients at scale, it said in a statement yesterday.
FNZ is launching the offering following its global
strategic partnership with Microsoft.
Such a move highlights how wealth management is
continuing to explore and develop use cases for AI.
FNZ cited recent research that it has carried
which finds that almost three-quarters (73 per cent) of
wealth management clients want to see more tailor-made services
within the next two years, while 70 per cent of advisors think
that technology improvements are essential to achieving that
goal.
FNZ Advisor AI integrates intelligent automation and AI-driven
efficiencies directly into FNZ’s platform.
Among its features, Advisor AI automates the client meeting
lifecycle. Advisors can prepare for meetings using personalised
insights, access relevant content during client meetings, and use
Advisor AI to transcribe and analyse the discussions afterwards,
the firm said. The solution also highlights issues that must be
followed up so that advisors can fine-tune following
conversations with clients.
FNZ said “robust guardrails are also built in to minimise the
risk of AI hallucinations and ensure accuracy.”
The business, originally founded in New Zealand and operating in
a number of countries, has more than 650 financial institution
partners, more than 26 million end investors and almost $2
trillion in assets on it platform.
