Independent Financial Partners, the Tampa, FL-based registered investment advisory firm, has created the IFP Insurance Group.

The platform will work support all independent financial advisors while broadening in-house services for IFP advisors, the firm said. The firm has a network of around 500 advisors. 

The group is headed by managing director Jayne Alford, who is supported by Kelle Schnabel.

IFP Insurance Group works with advisors to simplify insurance provision and deliver relevant marketing support to help them on a range of matters including business development, case design and illustration, field underwriting, case management, licensing and contracting.
