New York-listed First Republic Bank has appointed Bob Karson as managing director and wealth advisor at its private wealth management subsidiary. Karson will be based in the Rockefeller Center office in New York City, NY.

Karson previously worked at US Trust for 23 years, most recently as managing director and private client advisor, the firm said. 

Last month, the bank also hired Oliver Campbell as a portfolio manager and managing director for its wealth management office in Century City, LA.

First Republic Private Wealth Management provides wealth management services, including trust, investment management and brokerage, to high net worth individuals, families, foundations and endowments. 

First Republic’s main offices are in San Francisco, Palo Alto, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Newport Beach, San Diego, CA, as well as Portland, OR, Boston, MA, Greenwich, CT, and New York City.
