First Republic Bank will open a branch in the Montclair neighborhood of Oakland, California this fall.

“Montclair is a vibrant community and a terrific location to serve our many clients who live and work in Oakland, Berkeley and other parts of the East Bay,” a First Republic spokesman told the San Francisco Business Times.

First Republic, which had $17.2 billion in wealth management assets as of September 30th, has approximately 58 branches nationwide.

The San Francisco-based bank raised a net $109.8 million via an initial public offering last month.
