First National Bank Makes Wealth Management, Private Banking Hires In Maryland

First National Bank Pennsylvania has made two hires for its wealth management and private banking divisions, in a move furthering the firm's expansion plans in Maryland.

The firm has appointed Michael DeRosa as vice president and financial advisor for its wealth management division and Donna Logan as vice president for private banking.

DeRosa has nearly 20 years of wealth management experience, most recently serving as wealth manager for Wilmington Trust, formerly M&T Bank, in Bethesda, MD.

Logan has more than a decade of private banking and business development experience and most recently she served in a similar role with Sandy Spring Bank in Annapolis, MD.

The firm also said that Jacob Biltz, a financial consultant with FNB affiliate First National Investment Services, has joined FNB’s wealth management team in Maryland.

First National Bank of Pennsylvania is the largest subsidiary of FNB Corporation and has assets of $12.4 billion and over 250 full-service locations in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland and West Virginia.
