The provider of trust, corporate and fund administration services has expanded its executive team.

First Names Group has appointed Eric Fady to the newly-created role of chief financial officer.

Fady was previously group CFO at Hyperion Insurance Group in London. He has over 20 years of international and corporate finance experience, having served as European CFO and vice president for strategy implementation at Dun & Bradstreet.

In his new London-based role, he will oversee corporate finance, accounting, investor relations and capital and financing strategies for the group. Fady will report to chief executive Cengiz Somay.

“His extensive experience and CFO credentials make him the ideal choice to support the team and bolster their significant internal financial expertise as our growth strategy continues,” said Somay.

The group has more than 750 employees across its offices in Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Cyprus, Switzerland, USA, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Ireland, UK, the British Virgin Islands, Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan.
