Firms Push To Make Swiss Private Banking More Digital

The partnership is taking steps to improve its digital capabilities in the private banking sector in Switzerland.

Wealth Dynamix, a client lifecycle management solution provider, and ELCA, the independent Swiss consultancy firm, have partnered to drive digitisation in the private banking sector in Switzerland.

This partnership will enable ELCA to help its customers improve their operations' efficiency, create future business opportunities, facilitate client acquisition, client management and onboarding, they said in a statement.

The WDX ONE, Wealth Dynamix’s solution, will be used by local ELCA implementation teams, and will be supported by Wealth Dynamix, based out of the firm’s recently-opened offices in Zurich. A specialist team of local ELCA consultants and business analysts will be available throughout the project.

“ELCA have a long history of helping their clients transform their businesses with technology, we share a lot of the same values and an excellent track record in delivering solutions to clients,” said Niklas Lindberg, chief revenue office of Wealth Dynamix. “ELCA’s local knowledge and technical expertise compliments our industry knowledge and product, and will give us the opportunity to bring WDX ONE to new clients in the Swiss market. We are really looking forward to working with them.”
