Broker-dealer SecureVest Financial Group and software provider AIM-TO are teaming up to launch a mini-prime brokerage business aimed at private investment funds and family offices, according to Hedge Funds Review.

The venture, known as Alpha PB, will provide a front end execution, order management system (OMS) and risk-management platform which will interface directly with SecureVest's routing and execution portals and provide access to its Prime Broker products and services, the publication said.

Alpha PB will target small to mid-sized private investment funds, family offices and separately managed accounts.
