Financial services firm, TresVista, has said that it is to partner with Bowline Capital Partners, a European boutique advisory firm.

The partnership is expected to increase TresVista’s presence in Europe, offering its private equity client base enhanced value through Bowline’s investor base and global deal flow, the firm said in a statement.

Earlier this year, TresVista, with offices in Mumbai and London, announced the launch of a logistics consulting practice in a move to diversify its services.

Based in Rotterdam, with offices in London, Bowline works with large private equity houses, hedge funds and family offices, as well as smaller firms looking towards growth capital and ultra high net worth individuals.
