Fieldpoint Private Bank & Trust has completed its acquisition of Analytic Asset Management, a New York City-based RIA, establishing a presence for the Connecticut-based firm in NYC.

As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fieldpoint, Analytic Asset Management will offer individual equity and fixed income portfolio management to its parent firm’s customers who have their accounts managed directly. The acquisition also bolsters Fieldpoint’s assets under management by around $275 million.

As part of the acquisition, Analytic principals Richard Arkwright, Taylor Gray, Jill Arkwright Harvey, and two of their support staff have moved over to work at Fieldpoint Private.

Based in Greenwich, Connecticut and founded in 2008, Fieldpoint Private offers wealth planning and private banking services.
