Fiduciary services firm Harneys has appointed a senior corporate administrator to its team in Bermuda. Harneys has appointed Kim Armstrong, who brings 16 years of experience to the role.

Armstrong specialises in incorporation and administration of Bermuda exempted mutual funds, hedge funds, investment holding and insurance companies, and in acting as registrar and transfer agent for companies listed on the Bermuda Stock Exchange.

Harneys Fiduciary provides Bermuda company incorporation and other corporate and private wealth services. It launched in Bermuda in October 2015, in conjunction with law firm Harneys opening its legal practice in the same jurisdiction.
