Fidelity Family Office Services Partners With Tech Firm

Fidelity Family Office Services has partnered with Archway Technology Partners.
Archway provides software supporting the operations of single and multi-family offices, hedge funds, funds of funds, fund administrators and investment advisors. Fidelity said the move gives its clients technology, service and operations solutions designed to lower the total cost of running a family office.
“Family office executives are often constrained in their ability to make the right choices and mitigate risk for the family due to the complexity and implementation cost of those decisions,” said Jason Brown, chief executive officer of Archway.
Through the partnership, FFOS clients have access to Archway’s ATWeb, an enterprise financial management platform that includes multi-account aggregation and performance, net worth and exposure reporting. A dedicated team of professionals from each company has been established for FFOS clients.
“It is crucial that family offices have access to the reporting tools and information they need to increase efficiencies and further the families’ primary goals,” said Edward Orazem, president, FFOS. “Every family office is different, with varying levels of sophisticated reporting and investment needs,” he added.
FFOS has more than 120 family office clients across the US, with more than $20 billion of assets in custody as of September 30.
