FCA Clears Appointment Of Money-Coutts As Charles Stanley CFO

Money-Coutts' appointment as CFO has been formalised and approved by the UK financial watchdog.

London-listed investment manager Charles Stanley Group has officially appointed Ben Money-Coutts as its new chief financial officer following regulatory approval from the UK's Financial Conduct Authority.

The appointment, which was initially announced in March following former CFO James Rawlingson's departure in January, is now confirmed. Money-Coutts will also step into the role of director at the group's subsidiary Charles Stanley & Co.

Money-Coutts, who joined Charles Stanley two years ago, has acted as chief operating officer at Charles Stanley's financial services division and as interim group head of compliance. He was formerly chief financial officer and chief operating officer at Saltus Partners.

He is also director of Charles Stanley Pan Asset Capital Management and EBS Management, both members of the Charles Stanley group.
