The new partner’s experience of working inside family offices gives him the insights to help work with these organisations, his new firm says.

Westwick Partners, which works with family offices, has appointed the former CEO of Thamesis, a single-family office based in London, as a partner.

The joiner, Paul Reynolds (main picture), who had worked in the CEO slot at Thamesis from 2010 to January 2026, is remaining as a senior advisor at the organisation. 

Westwick works alongside families at major turning points such as when they are being established, during a handover between generations or when a struggling FO needs to be set in order.

Partners at Westwick have run family offices from “the inside rather than advised them from the outside,” the firm said in a statement. 

“Paul has sat where the families we serve sit,” said Gilles Erulin, founder of Westwick Partners. “Inside the office, accountable to a family, not selling to one. That is rare. It is also exactly who we are.”

Reynolds will work with families based in the UK and other parts of Europe.
