Boyden, the US executive search firm, has added Andrew Reese as a managing director at its New York office.

The firm said Reese will play a key role in recruiting C-level and senior executives within the financial services industry, including companies specializing in wealth management, asset management and private equity.

He also has expertise in compensation, negotiation and development of new markets with firms and candidates, the firm said. His previous clients have included the likes of Blackstone, HSBC, JP Morgan Chase and other Fortune 50 companies.

Previously, Reese was a principal with another executive search firm. He also founded and expanded a business strategy consulting firm that was focused on the private equity community and the development of new markets for professional services firms.
