"With the addition of Mr. Russolillo, Eisner & Lubin is ideally positioned to offer the exact services that contribute to wealth preservation and do so in a personalized manner exemplified by our firm since 1923," says Michael Stallone, Eisner & Lubin partner and executive-c ommittee member. "Ray's proven ability to listen and understand the needs of the high-net-worth individuals and families, his prominent professional background and our existing expertise in this area make his arrival a natural fit for Eisner & Lubin and our clients."

Russolillo had been director of the Family Office Services division of the Merrill's Private Banking and Investment Group for New Jersey and New York. He has also worked at U.S. Trust (now, like Merrill, a part of Bank of America), PricewaterhouseCoopers and multifamily office Bessemer Trust.

In his new role, Russolillo will draw on his experience in household accounting, tax management, wealth-transfer planning, philanthropic planning, family-meeting coordination, financial education, and fiduciary services to help families with all aspects of wealth-preservation and succession planning.
