Evelyn Partners Targets East Of England

Evelyn Partners, a wealth management and professional services group created from the merger of Tilney and Smith & Williamson, is continuing its expansion in the East of England.
Wealth management firm Evelyn
Partners has appointed Catherine Glennon as a financial
planner in its Cambridge financial planning team.
Glennon is joining the firm from Tees Financial, the
independent financial advisor arm of regional law firm Tees, the
firm said. She is a financial planner with expertise of working
with family law solicitors and supporting clients who need
financial planning advice as a result of a divorce, the firm
added.
Glennon has nearly 17 years’ experience advising clients across
the range of financial planning needs, including wealth
accumulation for retirement and estate planning.
Welcoming her to the firm, Nick Geere, managing partner in Evelyn
Partners’ financial planning division, said: “Under the old
Tilney Smith & Williamson brand this team became established as a
leading provider in the region of a broad range of financial
planning and investment management services.”
“She will help us to forge ahead under the Evelyn Partners banner
to meet the growing demand in the East of England for our
expertise and services,” he added.
“With the extensive investment proposition offered by Evelyn
Partners, I believe that I can offer progressive,
all-encompassing financial advice and support to clients moving
forwards, and this was key in my decision to join the Cambridge
team,” Glennon said.
The wealth manager has £55.8 billion ($66.8 billion) of assets
under management, as of 31 March, ranking it as the second
largest UK wealth manager measured by EBITDA.
