ETF Sponsor, Asset Manager Hires European Director Of Capital Markets

The ETF sponsor and asset manager has found a replacement for Zach Hascoe, who has returned to Wisdom Tree's headquarters in New York.
Exchange-traded fund sponsor Wisdom Tree has
appointed Jason Guthrie as director of capital markets,
Europe.
Previously, Guthrie worked at Frankfurt-headquartered Deutsche Bank within
its ETF capital markets group. Prior to that, he was with
Macquarie Bank as an investment executive based in Sydney,
Australia.
In his new role, Guthrie succeeds Zach Hascoe, who has returned
to Wisdom Tree's headquarters in New York, the company said in a
statement. Guthrie will focus on enhancing Wisdom Tree's capital
markets efforts by working with product investors and broadening
relationships across the trading community to ensure smooth
execution of trades across Wisdom Tree's UCITS ETFs and Boost
Exchange-Traded Products throughout Europe, Israel and Latin
America.
He will report to Dave Abner, head of Wisdom Tree in Europe, and
work alongside Anita Rausch, head of capital markets. Rausch
covers the US, Canada and Japan markets.
“[Guthrie] has exceptional market knowledge and experience and is
well-placed to sustain the positive relationships and momentum
Zach Hascoe built with the trading community over the past two
and a half years,” said Abner.
