Chief investment officer at Barclays Wealth Kevin Lecocq said "BGI Elite Portfolios are designed to provide returns above Libor regardless of market conditions. The three portfolios offer different targeted returns and risk exposures through access to a variety of refined investment techniques and strategies that generate returns independent of overall market movements." BGI Elite Portfolios are available in euro, dollar or sterling.
