EFG Opens Second Florida Wealth Management Office

Swiss private bank EFG International’s principal wealth management business in the US, EFG Capital, has established an office in Key Biscayne, Florida, to work closely with the bank’s main Florida office in Miami.

EFG Capital also has offices in New York and Los Angeles; this new office increases the total number of employees in the US to 145, an increase of two-thirds since 2007.

The Key Biscayne office will be led by Mario Fernández, supported by Alexandra Rumie, Jeanette Barker, Henry De Valle and María Luisa De Jesús.

Victor Echevarria, chairman, EFG Capital, said: “Our objective is to extend our presence by attracting teams and individual professionals with a proven track record, and this is well illustrated by our new office.”
