Edmond de Rothschild AM Reorganises Fund Teams, Appoints New Manager

Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management is reorganising its fund management teams, appointing Philippe Uzan as director of funds, in a move to optimise the quality of its funds, according to reports in the French press.

The reorganisation will include the formation of seven management teams and one research team, say reports.

Before joining Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management in 2007, Uzan was research and development director at Natixis Asset Management. He has also worked at Société Générale and AGF Asset Management.

The changes are said to be part of a strategy to increase interaction and synergy between the different teams and to enhance the development of the investment offering for French and international clients.
