The law firm has 39 members from the firm's corporate, lending, public finance, creditors' rights, employment, commercial litigation, construction, real estate, real property tax and valuation, insurance coverage and regulation and tax practice areas.

"The new group will provide our clients with additional tools and advice needed for both short term strategies to address the current financial crisis and for successful long-term planning to achieve stability and growth," said John Langan, the firm's managing partner.

The firm has offices in the main cities of New York State, as well as in Boston, Washington DC and Toronto.
