Canaccord Wealth is expanding its use of Bloomberg indices, adopting the firm’s equity benchmarks across its Model Portfolio Solutions and wider equity strategies, Bloomberg said in a statement this week.

The change brings the Bloomberg Equity Developed Markets and Bloomberg Equity Emerging Markets index families into its framework, adding to the firm’s long-standing use of Bloomberg’s fixed income indices.

“Having used Bloomberg’s fixed income benchmarks for many years, we’ve seen the quality, transparency and support delivered through the firm’s offerings first hand,” Richard Champion, co-chief investment officer at Canaccord Wealth, said.
