Digital Agency Rolls Out Customised App For Business Executives

Seven, the UK-based digital content agency, has developed a new mobile corporate communications app for iPad and Android that is designed to customise information based on how users behave.

The new app collects together existing business information from corporate websites, intranets and client extranets, transforming this into a personalised format, Seven said.

The development comes at a time when apps on devices such as iPhones and iPads are increasingly being used by wealth management firms and their clients. The extent and quality of such usage has been ranked recently, showing that US banks were surprising laggards compared with international peers. (To view that article, click here.)

The global distribution of tablet computers is expected to reach 285 million by 2015 (Source: Gartner, the technology research firm.)

The new app enables executives and remote audiences to receive streamed real-time content under a common topic, from multiple sources, including presentations, infographics and newsfeeds. A bespoke information library also reduces unproductive customer queries and data requests, Seven said in a statement.
