Deutsche Bank has opened a representative office in Sofia, the Bulgaria capital, to provide wealth management services along with consolidating its its existing corporate, investment and transaction banking business in the country. Pavel Ezekiev has been appointed as Deutsche’s official company representative in the country. He was previously executive director of InvestBulgaria Agency, having worked for Deutsche Bank in London from 1998-2002. Mr Ezekiev will report to Peter Tils, chief executive officer of Central and Eastern Europe for Deutsche.
