Deutsche Bank Strengthens Private Client Team With New Hire
Deutsche Bank has announced the appointment of
Kenneth Kwok as the new head of private institutional clients
for Asia ex-Japan.
Mr Kwok was previously the head of corporate sales for Asia
ex-Japan at
Goldman Sachs. In his new role, he will be responsible for
delivering Deutche Bank's global institutional sales and trading
platform to ultra high net worth clients and expanding the bank's
hold over the said segment in the process.
He will be based in Hong Kong and will report directly to both
Asia ex-Japan institutional client group head and head of
structuring Bhupinder Singh and Asia-Pacific chief executive
officer Robert Rankin.
UHNWIs are defined as those with at least $30 million in
investable assets. According to the latest Asia Pacific Wealth
Report, there are currently 14,300 ultra high net worth
individuals in the region.
