Deals Of The Day: The Latest In Wealth Management M&A – Saltus, Delta
The latest mergers, acquisitions and other corporate actions in the wealth management sector.
Saltus, a UK wealth management and financial planning business, has acquired Delta Financial Management, a specialist financial planning business advising on over £400 million ($540 million) of client assets in the UK.
Delta provides financial advice to more than 500 clients – advising business owners, media and entertainment industry clients, and airline professionals. Based in Hertfordshire, Delta was founded in 1980. It supports clients across all areas of their financial lives, offering planning through a collaborative, team-based approach.
The acquisition represents the next step in Saltus’ strategy of expanding its financial planning capabilities through the integration of high-quality, client-centric businesses. The addition of Delta will strengthen Saltus’ presence in the regions Delta serves and enhance its overall advisory proposition.
The integration process is expected to complete within 12 months, the firm said in a statement. Delta’s team of nine people will remain in place, with directors Jarrod Ellis and Amin Malik becoming partners at Saltus. Clients of Delta will continue to work with their advisors and support teams, with the added benefit of Saltus’ additional infrastructure and expertise.

The Saltus Group employs over 300 people, looking after over £7 billion for clients.
