Deals Of The Day: The Latest In Wealth Management M&A – Janus Henderson, Tabula

The latest mergers, acquisitions and other corporate actions in the wealth management sector.

US-listed Janus
Henderson yesterday said it has obtained all regulatory
approvals to buy Tabula Investment Management, a firm operating
from London.
Established in 2018, Tabula provides exchange-traded funds in the
European market, and concentrates on fixed income and sustainable
investment, with more than $500 million in assets under
management and funds listed across 10 European exchanges.
Announced at the start of May, the deal allows Janus Henderson to
use its global distribution platform and boost its UK and
European client relationships, as well as reach into Asia, Latin
America and the Middle East markets.
Janus Henderson expects to retain all existing Tabula products
and will use the platform to launch a range of new active
products.
The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
