Seventy-five staff who support the EPFL business, predominantly based in Glasgow, will transfer across to Thesis.
“The sale of EPFL to Thesis, means Evelyn Partners is now focused solely on wealth management activities,” Paul Geddes, chief executive of Evelyn Partners, said.
