Crestbridge Names New CEO

The global administration, management and corporate governance solutions business has a new CEO.
Crestbridge,
the global administration, management and corporate
governance solutions business, has appointed a new chief
executive, Dean Hodcroft, taking the reins from Graeme McArthur
in July next year.
Hodcroft, who is currently chief financial officer and a founding
partner of Cale Street Partners, was formerly a head of real
estate at Ernst & Young in London.
The move will involve Hodcroft having to relocate to Jersey from
London in April 2021 to take up the role, which is subject to
regulatory consent.
Hodcroft has been a prominent figure in European real estate
consulting. Cale Street is a property investment and finance firm
and was there for six years. Prior to joining Cale Street in
2015, Hodcroft spent 26 years working for Ernst & Young in
London. He led its Real Estate Tax group for the UK and acted as
head of its property practice for Europe, the Middle East, India
and Africa.
McArthur joined Crestbridge in 2010. During his tenure, the
business expanded into the financial centres of London,
Luxembourg, New York, Cayman and Bahrain. The business has grown
from 50 to 350 employees.
Crestbridge employs more than 350 people and has six
international offices: Bahrain, Cayman, Jersey, London,
Luxembourg and New York. It recently made a
raft of promotions and appointments.
