Credit Suisse Strengthens UK Multi-Manager Team

Credit Suisse has appointed Aidan Kearney as co-head of Asset Management's UK multi-manager team. The team manages over £1.2 billion ($2.35 billion) for UK and European fund of funds clients. Jointly with Graham Duce, Mr Kearny will be responsible for managing the portfolios, and developing and implementing the business strategy for the UK multi-manager service. He will report to Ed Robertiello, head of Research and Selection for Credit Suisse's multi-manager platform within Asset Management's Funds and Alternative Solutions unit. Mr Duce said, "I am delighted that Aidan is joining the team. He is well known and respected in the industry having run portfolios for Artemis, ABN AMRO, Singer & Friedlander and Allied Irish Investment Managers and will be a considerable asset to us. “Credit Suisse is committed to having a strong Multi-Manager business in the UK and our intention is to continue growing this going forward. We are also committed to ensuring that we have the best possible talent and resources in place to serve the needs of our clients. In addition to myself, Aidan Kearney, Rob Bowie and Scott Spencer, the Team is supported by Ed Robertiello and the global team of 60 dedicated fund selection, risk management and multi-manager professionals". Mr Kearny joins from Premier Asset Management where he was senior investment manager of their pooled fund service.
