Credit Suisse has appointed Yoji Koga as a managing director and head of Prime Services coverage in Japan, reporting to Kevin Meehan, head of Prime Services coverage in Asia. Mr Koga will be based in Tokyo, where he will lead sales and marketing for the Bank's hedge fund clients in Japan. He joins from Morgan Stanley where he spent nearly eight years and was most recently responsible for the marketing of the US bank's prime brokerage services in Japan. Prior to that, he worked at Yamaichi Securities in their Tokyo, London and Hong Kong offices. Credit Suisse continues to roll out its industry-leading Prime Services platform to Asia. The bank currently has over 130 staff based in Asia focused on serving its prime brokerage clients globally.
