Evans, who is based in Irvine, Calif., is responsible for providing advisory services to wealthy individuals and family groups in Orange County.

“We are very excited about the opening of our new office to serve Orange County investors and families,” says Kiley, who is based in Los Angeles. “Chad's arrival is particularly exciting as he brings tremendous experience and a reputation for unparalleled service to his clients.”

At Citigroup, Evans structured and implemented investment programs for ultra-high net worth individuals and corporate clients. Before Citigroup, he worked with Kidder Peabody and Hambrecht & Quist.
