Credit Suisse's Greater China CEO To Step Down

The C-suite figure has worked at Credit Suisse for a quarter of a century.
Carsten Stoehr, the Greater China chief executive of Credit Suisse, is
leaving this week, rounding out a 25-year-career at the
Zurich-listed bank.
The news of his announcement came in an internal memo, this
publication can confirm.
Stoehr is currently Greater China CEO and board chair for Credit
Suisse (Hong Kong) and Credit Suisse Securities (Hong
Kong).
Serving in a number of roles, Stoehr moved to Standard Chartered
in Hong Kong for a period before returning to the Swiss bank in
2016.
The bank added no comment when contacted by this news service.
