Coutts MD Departs

A managing director has left the UK private bank and wealth manager after 10 years.
Coutts managing director Stephen Fletcher, who helped lead the bank's suitability review, has stepped down.
The departure comes after Coutts reshuffled its leadership team following the sale of its internationally managed private banking and wealth management business to Union Bancaire Privée in March.
Fletcher, who has also served as chief operating officer, has been with Coutts for a decade. Coutts declined to comment on his exit.
As part of its management shake-up, the bank last month announced a new private banking executive committee, led by chief executive Michael Morley.
