Contango chooses Lombardi's tech for new accounts

Advisory firm to run new-account processes with Teamworks BPM software. Berkeley, Calif.-based Contango Capital Advisors has selected Lombardi's Teamworks business-process-management (BPM) software to help it set up and run new client accounts.

"We needed a BPM product that could automate and streamline our existing processes, evolve with us as we grow and easily integrate with our business partners," says Eugene Elias, Contango's head of technology and operations at. "After reviewing a number of possible tools, we selected Teamworks for its strong process automation, collaborative functionality, optimization capabilities and overall ease of use."

Contango will deploy Teamworks to automate and manage the process of setting up new client accounts with the help of a web-based account portal. The portal is designed to streamline approval and routing, and provide for flexible reporting.
