Concord hires new sales and marketing executive

Wealth-management platform provider bolsters business-development efforts. Back-office, account-management and investment-platform provider Concord Wealth Management has expanded its salesforce with the appointment of Danielle Touri. She joins Concord from Estabrook Capital Management where she was head of marketing.

Touri's principal task is to find and bring in new clients for Concord. She reports to managing director Alan Gavornik, who oversees the company's advisory-consulting, investment-management, and service-bureau outsourcing.

Valuable perspective

"Danielle has more than ten years of experience in the banking and financial services arena, and has repeatedly proven her ability to establish and nurture business relationships," says Gavornik. "[She] has extensive experience working with both asset managers and financial advisors, and this provides her with a valuable perspective on our business."

Concord recently hired David Mittelman, formerly head of operations for Pershing's Advisor Solutions unit, to run administrative and operational support functions.
