Gen II Fund Services
Gen II Fund Services, a global private capital fund administrator, has been licensed by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission (GFSC) to provide fund administration services for Guernsey-domiciled private market structures.

The Jersey-based firm said it is responding to “sustained client interest in Guernsey-based private capital structures.”

The enhanced Guernsey presence represents a strategic extension of Gen II's Channel Islands capabilities, it said in a statement yesterday.

“Guernsey is an important jurisdiction in global private capital structuring, particularly for managers seeking stability, regulatory clarity and international credibility,” Michael Johnson, chief commercial officer at Gen II Fund Services, said.
