Gen II Fund Services, Fenergo
Gen II Fund Services, the global private capital fund administrator, is rolling out its onboarding and lifecycle management solutions from Fenergo, the Dublin-headquartered firm which provides solutions for know your customer, anti-money laundering and client lifecycle management. 

The rollout started in Europe at the beginning of November, with all locations expecting to go live by the end of 2026, Gen II said in a statement this week. Fenergo will deliver benefits including faster and more automated onboarding. 

The solutions will be interoperable with Funded, Gen II’s subscription document platform, and Sensr Portal, Gen II’s web portal for investors and fund managers. Gen II’s servers are hosted in the EU to ensure GDPR compliance. 

GII, which was founded in 2009, oversees more than $1 trillion of private fund capital.
