Colorado Wealth Manager Becomes RIA

Meridian Wealth Management has gained SEC approval as a registered investment advisor.

The firm, which offers securities through LPL Financial, plans to expand by making its advice more customized and based on financial planning needs.

"This designation streamlines the way in which we are able to adapt to changing client circumstances, tax laws and market conditions," said founding partner Richard Mower. "We can operate in the fullest, most autonomous way, allowing us to establish business practices that are always in the best interest of our clients."

The firm has offices in Denver and Boulder, CO. David Hansen is chief executive and founding partner; Tanya Mathews is a certified financial planner and founding partner; Mower is a CFP and founding partner; and Rich Weintraub, a CFP, is managing partner.
