City National Bank Bolsters Branch Network With Two Hires

Las Vegas private and business bank
City National Bank has strengthened two of its branches with
the announcement of key hires.
Mariana Johnson joins the Twain office as senior vice
president and branch relationship manager, while
Bart Roberts steps in in the same capacity for the Hughes
Center branch. Both became part of City National in May 2010
after the bank acquired Sun West Bank. They will report to
John Wilcox, senior vice president and Nevada regional
banking manager.
"[They] are a great fit to our branch banking model and will play
a key role in helping integrate Sun West clients into the City
National family of valued clients, as well as maintaining and
growing existing relationships and developing new business with
prospects of the bank," commented Wilcox in a statement.
Prior to City National, Johnson was the executive vice president
and chief administration of Sun West, while Roberts was a senior
vice president and senior sales manager.
City National Bank is backed by $21.2 billion in total assets and
provides banking, investment and trust services through its 80
branches across the US. Along with its investment affiliates, it
manages $54.6 billion in client investment assets.
