CITIC Bank International Private Banking has partnered with a world-renowned diamond company from London to host a fine jewellery appreciation event in Hong Kong.

The Master Series 2012: GRAFF Jewellery Appreciation Event was organised with GRAFF Diamonds, a UK-based company, was well-received by CITIC Bank's clients. The event was held at "the highest jeweller in the world" located at the 103rd floor of the Ritz-Carlton in Hong Kong.

All guests, composed of VIPs and senior private banking executives, had a chance to try on different master pieces weighing over 480 carats in total and worth at least HK$600 million. The highlight of the night was "The Flame," a 100-carat D flawless pear-shaped diamond.

CITIC Bank International Private Banking kicked off The Master Series 2012 early this year to strengthen relationships with high net worth clients through lifestyle events. CITIC is wholly-owned by CITIC International Financial Holdings, which is majority-owned by China CITIC Bank and minority-owned by Spain's Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria.
