Citi Bank is to provide offshore banking services in a special zone in Bangladesh's Chittagong port city to serve investors. An agreement was signed between the Bangladesh Export Processing Zones Authority and Citi Bank on 25 October, they said in a statement. A Citi Bank branch will operate inside the export processing zone area from which investors will access offshore banking facilities.
