Citi has added trust accounting, operations outsourcing and custody services to its OpenWealth platform.

OpenWealth’s new trust services include trust accounting on a scalable, customizable web-based platform with real-time processing and reporting.

Investors are increasingly demanding new products, more detailed reporting and a higher level of service from their wealth managers, Citi said.

Citi launched OpenWealth, an online platform providing automated household portfolio and tax optimization for wealth management clients, in 2009.
