Anchor Capital Advisors, an investment management firm in Boston in Massachussets, has elevated Diane DeBono Schafer, its chief compliance officer, to the post of to chief operating officer, a job that she will continue to do while performing her new one.

As both COO and CCO, Diane DeBono Schafer will oversee the firm’s operations, trading, compliance, administration and technology. she has more than 25 years of managerial experience in strategic planning, budgeting, productivity improvement, technology, business alignment, resource planning and product training. She previously worked at Trillium Asset Management as director of operations, where she developed and carried out strategies to make operations more efficient.
