The bank implemented four modules from IPBS covering a mix of traditional banking, portfolio management, compliance requirements and online access.

International Private Banking Systems has clients in jurisdictions including the Bahamas, the Cayman Islands, the Turks & Caicos Islands, Bermuda, St Vincent and the Grenadines, Barbados, Jamaica, Panama, Uruguay, Vanuatu and the US.

Bank Cainvest was founded in 1994 and is headquartered in the Cayman Islands.
