Cardano Poaches Aviva Investors' EMEA Business Development Boss

The UK and Netherlands-based company has made a new senior hire within its London team.
Investment advisor and fiduciary manager Cardano has appointed Aviva Investors' Phil Redding as UK head of business development.
Redding joins from his position as head of business development EMEA at Aviva Investors. Before this, he held pensions-related roles at Credit Suisse, Scottish Mutual and Hogg Robinson Benefit Consultants.
“Although we have already helped many pension schemes become robust and resilient against economic and market conditions there are many more still looking for help as trustees and sponsors of UK pension schemes continue to demand better outcomes for members,” said the chief executive at Cardano UK, Kerrin Rosenberg.
“We are well positioned to help them achieve this with both our advisory and fiduciary management services and we very pleased to welcome someone of Phil’s calibre to our team to help us move into the next phase of our growth.”
