Capco, an international financial consultancy firm, has launched a wealth and investment management group in North America.

Capco’s North American Wealth & Investment Management Group offers technology and management consulting services, with particular focuses in wealth management, investment management, and investor services, according to a statement by the firm earlier this week.

The company also provides consultation in change management, open architecture product strategy, operating model design, clearing platform technology evaluation, ETF processing, and merger integration.

The group is led by Capco partner Edward Hawthorne, who described Capco’s ability to advise businesses still struggling in the wake of the global recession.

“Businesses are turning to Capco for advice on strategies to achieve their profitability goals by optimizing their product and service capabilities and increasing the efficiency and scalability of their operating platforms,” said Mr Hawthorne. “Capco is well suited to address these demands.”
